All services are non-clinical and do not replace podiatry or medical treatment. Where specialist assessment or treatment is required, clients are supported in seeking care from a Podiatrist or other healthcare professional.

The initial phase of the visit involves preparing the feet and lower legs. This entails conducting trimming, sanding, reduction, and debridement as required on toenails, calluses, and corns. Furthermore, it is essential to assess any alterations in nail structure and tissue, as well as to evaluate foot pain, while providing guidance on pain reduction in the feet and toes. If necessary, minor ingrown nails should be treated.. Finally, include moisturizing foot and lower leg treatment as a component of the visit.

The following initiatives are undertaken to enhance circulation and provide clients with strategies and education aimed at preventing future complications. This includes educating individuals on proper shoe fitting, assessing the need for orthotics, and facilitating referrals to other relevant vendors when necessary. Furthermore, clients are educated on wearing suitable socks and ensuring proper fit, as well as the importance of maintaining clean, dry feet to prevent infections.
